How We Work With Funeral Directors
The arrangement is straightforward and flexible — it works around your process, not ours.
Many funeral directors simply pass the family our details and let them make direct contact. Others prefer to coordinate the brief themselves. Either approach works well. What stays constant is the process: we take the brief thoroughly, produce a proof quickly, make any changes the family requests, and do not go to print until the design is approved.
From brief to delivery: three working days as standard. Next-day, pre-noon and Saturday delivery are available when time is short.
