Getting started with Fitting Farewell is straightforward. You do not need to have everything decided before you call — that is what your designer is there for. One conversation is all it takes to get things moving, and we take care of everything from there.

What Happens When You Get in Touch
1. Get in touch
Call us free on 0800 612 6484 or book a call via Calendly. We will talk through your ideas, confirm we can meet your deadline, and answer any questions. There is no obligation — we are here to help.
2. Your design conversation
Your designer will guide you through the design — themes, photographs, layout, wording and running order. You do not need to arrive with everything decided. We ask the right questions and handle the rest.
3. We create your design
We get to work on your bespoke design. Everything is created around the photographs, memories and details you have shared with us. No templates. No generic layouts.
4. You review the proof
We send you a digital PDF proof by email. Take your time to check every detail — wording, photographs, layout. Tell us anything you would like changed and we will revise it. Nothing goes to print until you are completely happy.
5. We print and despatch
Once you have approved the proof, your stationery goes straight to print. We despatch by overnight courier and your order is typically with you within three working days of approval. We will email you when it is on its way.
6. Payment on despatch
We email your invoice when your order is printed and ready to ship. Payment is by card — you do not need a PayPal account. We do not take payment until your order is complete and on its way to you.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
- You can call us at any stage — before, during or after placing an order. You will always speak to your designer, not a call centre.
- If you do not have all the service details ready, do not worry — we can work with what you have and fill in the gaps as things are confirmed.
- Express delivery options are available if time is short — pre-noon, pre-10am and Saturday delivery can all be arranged. Call us and we will do everything we can to meet your deadline.
- All prices include bespoke design, printing, envelopes where applicable, and standard UK overnight delivery. VAT is included. There is nothing extra to pay.
