Will my printing be of the highest quality?
We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products. We create your design using the leading design packages and prepare the print for high quality output via PDF. We print digitally in full colour on high quality stock. We ensure the print quality matches the creativity and quality of the design.
How will I see what it looks like when it's printed?
We will send you a low resolution PDF via email so that you can check everything is correct before we print. The text will appear clean and crisp but the images may be downsampled to keep the file size down.
How quickly will I get the funeral stationery?
We aim to deliver your order as soon as it is printed. We will normally send your printed items to you within two business days. We will always try to ensure that you receive your funeral stationery in plenty of time wherever possible. We would always ask that you give us as much time as possible to produce your order.
What quality control measures do you have in place?
We aim to guarantee your complete satisfaction with our products and service. All our printed items have to pass quality control to ensure only quality goods are despatched.
